More than just griping

We all need to get things out now and again.  I am a librarian with faculty status at a small liberal arts college.  Only some faculty and administrators understand how I contribute here, and they don’t include my dean.

Technically, I can just get it all out with my name attached, but I prefer to keep my anonymity.  I’m tenured, but anyone can make anyone’s life hell if they so prefer.  I will pick my battles, and this won’t be one of them for now.

I hope to point a finger at things that aggravate people with my similar status and situation.  I hope that I can provide a small written forum where hopefully some stress knots will work themselves out.
